Join a private, one-hour Energy & Emotional Wellbeing session via Google Meet, from wherever you feel most comfortable. Sessions may incorporate Emotion Code and Body Code approaches, shaped around your personal intentions and experience. Your Google Meet link will be included in your booking confirmation. Please attend with a light stomach and be well hydrated. Choose a quiet, private setting where you can join without interruption. This service is intended for personal, emotional and spiritual wellbeing. It does not diagnose, treat or cure physical or mental health conditions, and is not a substitute for medical or mental-health care. Individual experiences vary. Sessions during holiday periods may be available by request and are subject to availability.

Bookings must be made at least 24 hours in advance. Cancellations and reschedules also require at least 24 hours' notice. Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session will be charged 50% of the session fee.
